Infoboard

The Infoboard publishes InfoboardPosts within optional InfoboardChannels. Posts can target departments, require reading confirmation, and allow InfoboardComments.

InfoboardDepartmentSettings store department-level options such as a default channel. InfoboardPostSeenUsers and InfoboardPostReadUsers track which users have seen or explicitly confirmed a post.

Post visibility combines Targetables with Entity Permissions inherited from the assigned channel. Comments inherit the resulting access through their parent post.
